Blast from the Past: The Museum of Modern Art has on display art from turbulent 1970’s made by a group of artists known as Taller 4 Rojo.  Just like many places in the world the early 70’s was an era full of political tension in Colombia,  Taller 4 Rojo dedicated themselves to expressing views on capitalism, feminism, the Vietnam War, and social rights through impactful screen prints.  Taller 4 Rojo are a huge part of art in Medellin in the 70’s.  Go check it out at the Museum of Modern Art this month.
